Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome for glasses, contact lenses, adjustments, repairs, and general help.

What types of products do you offer?

We offer prescription eyeglasses, prescription sunglasses, non-prescription sunglasses, contact lenses, safety eyewear, and everyday optical services (Frame adjustments & minor repairs are free of charge).

Do you offer glasses for all budgets?

Yes. We carry eyewear solutions for all ages, styles, and budgets, from practical everyday options to designer frames.

Do you accept insurance and offer direct billing?

Yes. We offer direct billing for many private insurance plans as well as ODSP, and NIHB

Can you help with safety glasses for work?

Yes. We offer safety and industrial eyewear for workers and can also support employer programs when needed.

How long does it take to get my glasses?

Turnaround time vary from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your prescription, lens type, coatings, and frame choice. We will always give you a clear estimate before placing your order.

Do you do repairs and adjustments?

Yes. We offer frame adjustments, cleaning, simple fixes free of chagre.

Do you offer services in other languages other than English?

Yes. We serve clients in English, French, and Arabic.

Do you offer eye exams?

Eye exams are coming soon through optometrist partners. For now, Vanier Optical focuses on eyewear, contact lenses, safety glasses, and everyday optical service.
